Library
What a scatter-game library should cover
The studios that matter for Philippine scatter play are concentrated. Across the 814 games tracked here, JILI accounts for 108, Pragmatic Play 77, PG Soft 75, then BNG, FaChai, RSG, MegaWin, JDB, NextSpin, KA Gaming, CQ9, R88, YellowBat, Mega Ent. and Rich Game.
A platform worth calling scatter-heavy carries the first three at minimum. You can check any title against the full games list.
Checks
The four that actually decide the outcome
1
Licensing
PAGCOR regulates Philippine-facing online gambling. Find the licensing statement, check the licensed entity name matches the brand, and verify against the regulator rather than a logo on the page.
2
Withdrawal terms, before the bonus
Wagering requirement, maximum withdrawal, time limit and processing fees. These decide whether a bonus is worth anything. The headline figure does not.
3
Payment methods both ways
Confirm the method you will use for deposits AND withdrawals, the minimums for each, and whether fees apply on the way out.
4
Support before you need it
Send a question before depositing. The response you get as a prospect is the best case you will ever see.
Bonuses
Why the headline number misleads
!
Wagering requirement — a ₱1,000 bonus at 40x needs ₱40,000 wagered before withdrawal. That is the number that matters.
!
Maximum withdrawal — many bonuses cap what you can take out regardless of what you win.
!
Time limit — requirements that expire before they can realistically be met are common and legal.
!
Game weighting — some games contribute less than 100% toward wagering, and slots are not always weighted highest.
Scatter Meter is not a casino and this is not advice
We display data. We hold no funds, take no deposits and operate no gambling service. Scatter Meter earns a referral fee when a player opens a platform through a Play Now link. That funds the data integration and it is disclosed here rather than in small print. It does not change any meter reading — those come straight from provider APIs. See
our editorial standards.
Limits
The part no casino choice changes
No meter predicts a spin — slot outcomes come from a random number generator and every spin is independent of the last. how slot RNG works explains the mechanism, and methodology sets out exactly what our readings do and do not show.
