A free 100 offer gives ₱100 of bonus credit, usually on registration and sometimes without a deposit. It is a customer-acquisition tool, which is not a criticism — it is simply what determines how the terms are written.

The credit is almost never withdrawable as cash. It becomes withdrawable only after conditions are met, and those conditions are where the actual value of the offer sits.

The multiple of the bonus you must wager before withdrawal. ₱100 at 40x means ₱4,000 wagered. At 60x, ₱6,000.
Maximum withdrawal
Many free bonuses cap withdrawals at a fixed amount regardless of winnings. A ₱100 bonus with a ₱500 cap cannot produce more than ₱500.
Time limit
Often 24 to 72 hours. A requirement that cannot realistically be met in the window is a requirement that will not be met.
Game weighting
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering. Check whether the games you actually play count at 100%.

Combine those and the picture clarifies. A ₱100 bonus at 40x wagering, capped at ₱500, expiring in 48 hours, means wagering ₱4,000 within two days for a maximum possible withdrawal of ₱500 — while the house edge applies to every one of those ₱4,000 in wagers.

That is not a scam; it is a legal and clearly-stated offer. It is simply worth much less than ₱100 of real money, and the gap between those two is the entire point of reading the terms.

Never pay to unlock a bonus
Legitimate bonuses do not require a fee, a "verification transfer", or your e-wallet credentials sent to anyone. Deposits go through a platform’s own cashier. Anyone asking you to send GCash to a personal number is running a scam, without exception.
